Our body, mind, spirit, and emotions are all interconnected. If one of these elements is not working properly, it will affect the other ones, causing our system to be in a state of internal disharmony - “dis-ease” - which is the path to disease.

The aim of these practices is to prevent health issues from developing by aligning these elements.

About the Pagoda

Having an accurate sense of who you are helps you understand what works for you and what does not, what you master and what you should improve. It also helps you identify the root causes of the problems you face and come up with possible solutions.
