It's as if their journey makes yours a little easier, and encourages you to continue your self-discovery. I love the convenience of podcasts, which are such an easy way to access all these real-life testimonials from experts, successful people in their field or simple individuals who have gained specific insight through their personal experiences.

I hope that you, too, will discover guidance, valuable tips, or even mind-blowing moments that lead you towards a more fulfilled version of yourself—an aspect you may not have known existed before.

2. "The School of Greatness" by Lewis Howes

Lewis Howes is a former professional athlete who became a lifestyle entrepreneur after his career came to an abrupt end due to injury, forcing him to re-evaluate the direction of his life. He embarked on a journey of self-discovery and personal development. He immersed himself in learning about entrepreneurship, online marketing and personal development, and eventually launched the podcast "The School of Greatness".

On his show, Lewis Howes interviews successful people in a variety of fields, including business leaders, athletes, authors and influencers. In these conversations, he explores the secrets of their success, their mindset and the strategies that helped them overcome obstacles and achieve greatness. The podcast's varied and thought-provoking content provides practical advice, actionable tips and valuable lessons for personal development and fulfillment.

What I particularly appreciate about Lewis is his candor about his own struggles and past traumas. His resilience and humility are deeply inspiring.

He makes me want to talk openly about my own, even though I'm still working on it... I guess I haven't achieved greatness yet!

What's more, despite his many accomplishments, he maintains a simple, accessible style, sharing personal stories and asking questions that many of us can relate to and would like to ask ourselves.

You can listen to his podcast on Spotify.

3. "SuperSoul Conversations" by Oprah Winfrey

Oprah Winfrey is so famous that people simply call her "Oprah". Who else can boast of being recognized by her first name alone? It's hardly surprising, given her many accomplishments: award-winning show host for 25 years, owner of her own cable network, magazine founder, Academy Award-nominated actress, considered the greatest black philanthropist in U.S. history and North America's first black multi-billionaire, to name but a few.

Her interviewing skills, combined with an impressive address book, make her podcasts truly powerful and unique.

What I particularly admire about her is that she asks tough, direct questions, but with kindness and a genuine interest in her guests' stories. This encourages them to open up, giving us the impression of listening to two people having a real conversation, rather than an expert asking someone about their story.
In this unique style, Oprah engages in conversations with spiritual thinkers, authors, politicians and experts, enabling deep discussions about spirituality, mindfulness and self-knowledge.

These stimulating conversations encourage us to find meaning, purpose and fulfillment in our lives. Oprah's podcasts have been a source of inspiration for me in difficult times, reminding me to stay grounded and connected to my inner self.

4. "The Ed Mylett Show" by Ed Mylett

Ed Mylett is a charismatic and highly successful entrepreneur. By the age of forty, he had already generated an eight-figure income. Passionate about mentoring and coaching others, he has devoted his entire career to helping hundreds of people and their businesses achieve six-figure incomes through coaching and consulting.

More recently, he has leveraged his recognition as a businessman to become a social media star. Through his podcast, he shares inspiring life lessons and trains future entrepreneurs.

What impresses me about him is his deep understanding of how the mind works. One of his recurring themes is the power of mindset and the importance of adopting a positive, growth-oriented mindset to overcome challenges and achieve greatness. He stresses the importance of taking consistent action and going the extra mile to achieve extraordinary results.

He is also deeply committed to spirituality and meditation. Ed Mylett is not just a rich man who spends time in the gym and owns several houses. He has a holistic approach to success and a genuine love for people, dedicating himself to helping them succeed. I was truly amazed at how much his content contrasts with the stereotype of the person who has accumulated great wealth.

His interviews are far from standard. He has an authentic approach and speaks with a unique energy, making you feel like you're in the room with him.

Even if you're not in the business world, his podcast is a must-have resource for peak performance and personal development. Focusing on leadership, mindset and success strategies, he provides practical advice for improving various aspects of your life.

Implementing some of the actions he recommends has led to positive changes in my life, both personally and professionally.

In particular, I harness the "power of one more thing", which involves being prepared to do one more action or thing (a lap of running, a job interview, an email to prospective customer) than the situation requires.

This mindset has enabled me to push myself beyond my limits and constantly strive to improve, knowing that every extra effort contributes to my growth and success.

You can listen to his podcast on Spotify.

5. "Abraham Hicks" on YouTube

Although not available on traditional podcast platforms like Spotify, "Abraham Hicks" offers a tremendous amount of knowledge about the Law of Attraction and positive thinking through their YouTube videos.

I love the format of these animated cartoon videos, especially the excerpts from their live events. Esther answers a question or explains a concept to the audience, which makes the broadcast lively, interactive and funny, as she can be very engaging (but in a kind way) with the person in the audience who asks her questions. As people ask Esther questions, it's very easy to identify with them and empathize with them.

Furthermore, as these are "ordinary" people, concepts need to be explained, and Esther provides insightful and profound answers, delving deeper into how they approach their lives. This format creates a warm, humorous atmosphere that makes the teachings engaging and relatable, easier to understand and apply to our own lives.

As a listener, we feel connected to the teachings she delivers to the audience. It's a unique and highly educational way to access all of Abraham's wisdom without having to be on stage!
The teachings of Abraham Hicks have opened my mind to the power of thoughts, emotions and the universe, enabling me to manifest positive results in my life.

Their teachings have had such an impact on me that I'm currently preparing an online course on the Law of Attraction!

You can access their Youtube channel for 2023.
